Product review: Himalaya Chyavanaprasha

Recently i came across this himalaya product and decided to give it a try as i am a huge fan of himalaya skincare products.  This product impressed me a lot. It not only reminds me of the nostalgic childhood days when we used to have chyavanprash daily, but the taste is also good.  A look at its ingredients reflects how beneficial one spoon of it can be for your health.  The taste is quite good and it isnt very heavy on your stomach.  I bought the 500 g package which is priced at Rs200 which is pretty decent. It comes in a sturdy plastic packaging. Also the package says that it is not advisable for diabetic and obese people.  Do try it out guys as it boasts of immense benefits for your immunity and health.  Known for its herbal products, himalaya has done complete justice to this product. We have all grown up watching how popeye fought the villains fearlessly owing to the power of Spinach which was his favourite food..In today's fast paced life,  it is this power packed ingredient which can come to our rescue.  It is not only rich in iron, but also contains vitamin A, C, K as well as contains manganese and magnesium. So add more spinach into your diet through spinach pakoras,   stuffed paranthas, pastas or eat it fresh in your salads. You can even add it's concentrate while making tomato soup or make a potato and spinach curry... Quick and healthy pasta salad

Pasta salad is a quick and tasty version of salads which can be made healthier by using whole wheat pasta and lots of fresh veggies....so let  us start Ingredients Boiled pasta in the quantity desired [a cup of pasta is sufficient for a family of four] Fresh veggies finely chopped -tomatoes, onions, cucumber A cup of whisked curd for a cup of pasta[ you may add more as per your taste] A teaspoon of mayonnaise - this is optional and you may skip it for a healthier salad Salt as per taste A pinch of black pepper Method Just combine all the ingredients and mix them to make a healthy salad. Refrigerate for half an hour and serve chilled. Hope you like the recipe and do comment below about how it goes.
