Health alert: Power of Spinach

We have all grown up watching how popeye fought the villains fearlessly owing to the power of Spinach which was his favourite food..In today's fast paced life,  it is this power packed ingredient which can come to our rescue.  It is not only rich in iron, but also contains vitamin A, C, K as well as contains manganese and magnesium.
So add more spinach into your diet through spinach pakoras,   stuffed paranthas, pastas or eat it fresh in your salads. You can even add it's concentrate while making tomato soup or make a potato and spinach curry...
